Pregio is back with a new Surf Casting machine that... goes out of the ordinary! Pregio's R&D department is constantly observing the fishing trends in the country, and based on them, develops all future projects. The Majestic 8000 is a third generation Surf Casting machine that has been designed to meet the needs of the modern angler. In recent years, Greek anglers have tended to choose thinner fishing lines in surf casting in order to increase casting length , but also to reduce their "presence" in the water. Still, they often use lures that need frequent replacement, which requires frequent casting. The Pregio Majestic 8000 is designed to meet these needs. A top of the line surfcasting machine, designed to withstand the most demanding sea conditions. With a 40 grams lighter body than comparable Pregio mechanisms and 6+1 steel bearings, it offers relaxed and smooth operation with total control while fishing.

The reinforced stainless steel shaft and instantaneous reverse, ensure durability and stability in every throw and recovery. The handle was made to be screwed in and once screwed in, it behaves like a one-piece, with no annoying jogs.The rapid brake adjustment system allows instant adjustments at the most critical moments, with maximum brake force reaching 15 kg, but with a special emphasis on linearity even at minimal weights, something valuable when fishing with fine thin fishing lines. The 4.6:1 spinning ratio offers an ideal balance between power and retrieve speed.
The mechanism comes with a main aluminum reel with a capacity of 0.30mm/280m & 0.27mm/340m and an interchangeable graphite reel (0.40mm/360m & 0.35mm/470m), covering different needs.
An additional big advantage is the new line protection system, which minimizes the risk of the line going under the reel, something quite common in fishing, especially with wind.
